From Dwayne: Sirius 20 was actually the sirius 21 and later the sirius 22.Manufactured by Vandestat and Mcgruer(they also built the Siren 17.
From John T.: The Nimrod was a Westerly design imported by Andrew Gemeny then of Hyattsville, Md. Flotation, self-righting w/ keel down, small chute, Ian Proctor boat. I once owned Alacrity441 manufactured by Russell Marine, Leigh-on-Sea, UK and imported here first by Bay Village boats, when the boat first came out in fibreglass, then by Wells Yachts. Self righting w/ weight of sails suspended from mast head. Designer Peter Stephenson. The Brits made a lot of boats to the Junior Offshore Group rule which fit your specs for a micro. But a lot of them were made of moulded plywood. Some, like the Alacrity were redesigned for fiberglass. Many of them are described a book by Ian Sleighholme or Sleigholm. The French, in the 60's. made a number of boats imported by Nautica of Paramus, N.J. like the Corsaire and the Flamingo. But I don't know whether they were redone in glass. When my larger boat sells I will again be a microcruiser.
