These are some interesting hybrids (comet and fancy goldfish), they came from a pond with mixed types of goldfish and shubunkins. Only 5 original fish placed in the pond, all eaten by herons, but some of the babies survived and they have very interesting body shapes and types.

Was a grey / brown goldfish from the feeder fish tank. Started turning color very slowly and has this interesting pattern to it.

The small ones on the left are from my comets and sarassas spawning.

The small fish are danio. From what I have heard, the danios are tropical fish, but tolerant of cold water like what we have here in the winter. They came from a pond so I assume they have wintered here before. Sort of like a mosquito fish that feeds off the surface, only larger. They are very quick to snatch anything that lands on the surface of the water, a great consumer of mosquito and bugs.
