Replacement Rudders & Daggerboards:Rudders and daggerboards take a real beating over time, and often the manufacturer is out of business, or a replacement costs a LOT. Bill Tosh makes new replacement parts for just about any boat. If he hasn't built one like yours before, you can send him your old rotted board for him to duplicate.
Replacement Sails:
Most new sail lofts are fairly expensive, and the used sails on the market are mostly blown out. Bill makes brand new sails at used prices. He can make sails to your specification, or you can simply send him your old sails and he will make a new set for them.
New Custom Built Boats:
Just about anything under 50' long can be built. Can work from any designer's plans, and is willing to make modifications at your desire to make the boat fit with what your requirements are.
Partial Built Boats & Kits
Want to build your own boat but don't have the time? Consider having a partial build, such as having Bill build the hull and spars, the finish and rigging are completed by you. That way the tough part gets done quickly for you, yet you still get to play a considerable part in her construction. Also if you live a distance from Texas, consider having Bill make a kit for you to construct from. The panels and bulkheads for your boat can be created here and then shipped for a reasonable price by freight truck to your location.
